1. About these terms

This website is operated by Loved Pages ("we", "us"). By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

We sell digital products: faith-based ebooks in PDF format, delivered by download link. No physical books are shipped. Purchasing these products will automatically enroll you in your monthly VIP Membership. Product images may show a mockup of how a book looks when printed or viewed on a device.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed.

4. Your licence to use our books

When you buy a book, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own use and your household's use. You may not resell, share publicly, upload or redistribute our files.

5. VIP Membership and cancellation

The VIP Membership costs US$41.99 per month and renews automatically every month until you cancel. While it's active, you can read and download every book in our VIP Library at no extra cost. We may add or remove titles from the VIP Library over time.

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@lovedpages.com with the subject "Cancel my membership", or by using the "Manage or cancel membership" link in your account. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. After you cancel, you keep VIP access until the end of the month you've already paid for. Books you bought separately are always yours to keep.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer laws that apply to you.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping access to your email address secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

8. Content

Scripture quotations in our books are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain. Devotional and study content reflects widely held Christian understanding and is offered for encouragement. It is not a substitute for professional, medical or legal advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
