Will I be charged again after I cancel?

No. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you won't be charged again. Please send your request at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

When does my VIP access end?

You keep VIP access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

I'm still in my free trial. Will I be charged?

No. If your membership is cancelled before your 14-day free trial ends, you won't be charged at all.

I think I was charged after cancelling

Please send your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next billing date so it can be processed in time. If you believe you've been charged by mistake, message us from the email address you joined with and we'll look into it for you.
