Digital purchases

For digital product/s purchases specifically, since the product is digital and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds.

We’re confident you’ll love your book. We’re committed to equipping you with a clear, structured daily system that removes overwhelm, builds lasting consistency, and helps you finally complete the Bible with confidence.

If within 30 days of purchase you feel the workbook hasn’t delivered the value or results you expected, simply contact our support team for a satisfaction review. Please note: once your access link is sent, your purchase is considered complete, and the content is yours to keep.

Didn't receive your order?

If you haven't received your order or can't access it, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@lovedpages.com and we'll make it right.

Subscriptions
VIP Membership payments are final and non-refundable, including renewal payments. New members start with a 14-day free trial; if you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@lovedpages.com or using the form on our Cancellations page. Please send your request at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you won't be charged again, and you'll keep VIP access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under consumer protection laws that apply to you, including the Australian Consumer Law.
